Team Monty as you see us now, was established in February of 2017. However, each of our team members have been building their unique skills and professional reputation for themselves to bring to the table at Team Monty.

Our team is made up of 10 strong individuals – two Brokers, five Sales Representatives, an Office administrator, Client Care Director, and a Marketing Director. Choosing to work with Team Monty means you get access to all of our resources and expertise.

Interactive Materials

Team Monty uses revolutionary interactive materials to showcase your home. We use iGuide and Matterport to create useful floorpans as well as an interactive 360 degree tour. The tour allows viewers to walk through the home without leaving their desk – and it’s VR compatible!

One of our dynamic tools that sets us apart in the industry is our use of 3D Tours. We utilize both Matterport and iGuide tours to best showcase each property we want to advertise.

This is a fantastic way for potential buyers to get the “lay of the land” of the home before even coming to meet with us – meaning they are really interested by the time they drop in to an open house or make an appointment. This is also great for clients who are located out of town and cannot come in person to see the home in person.

Studeo is the perfect way to package all of our marketing materials together – all footage, video, professional photos, iGuide/Matterport Tours, and detailed descriptions of your home will be assembled into an online booklet!

Stand Out on Social Media

Our Marketing Director uses the power of social media to promote your listing on Facebook and Instagram. We use paid ads to reach targeted audiences who would be the perfect buyers for your home. 

On our Facebook and Instagram pages, you will be pleased to find links to the Studeo presentation of your property, photos, and a video of your agent giving a personal tour of your home. 

Additionally, our website showcases all of our listings so they are easy for people to find. Each property receives its own page on our website for the duration of the listing.

You will receive updates throughout your listing on analytics and how our audience is responding to your listing.


Video has quickly turned into the gold standard of social media marketing. It is engaging for consumers because it combines audio visuals and the opportunity to learn something of value.
